Senior Lecturer (Management Development) and Research Fellow, University of Brighton, Business School involving: teaching post-experience and undergraduate courses in introductory politics, public sector management, management development; and open learning production for social services managers and research into small business finance and social services management

August 1983 to  October 1992

Projects Manager, PACT Community Projects and part- time Youth Worker and Lecturer during this period. Projects manager post involved: service design and development, fundraising and marketing; staff supervision; and research for a growing project and services management charity
