Developing People Organisations and Communities

Development and learning is the cornerstone of Jim’s consultancy approach – that is development and improvement at the  organisation level, services level, individual level and amongst projects and people.  In essence, it is important that people are better equipped to do their things – whether that is their knowledge, skills, confidence, capacity or systems.

Jim’s facilitative approach helped me to reflect on my practise and plan my work.  I received expert support and guidance which helped identify and prioritise the key issues.  Jim really understands the sector and the unique role of the voluntary sector CEO, his knowledge and experience was invaluable in working on useful ideas and realistic frameworks.
