Research and evaluation services are provided on a fast turnaround and short term basis, as well as over the medium to long term. Services practice, service delivery and outcomes, user satisfaction, policy and communities are rigorously investigated. This is in order to evaluate work, test ideas, gather opinions and develop new and better approaches. Research and development work is built with the client, and the client organisation is involved in all assignments as far as they want and need to be. Jim Simpson also writes various articles and other free resources such as assessment tools and training materials.
